Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine has a unique style that combines R&B with gospel, soul music, and R&B. She has performed on Broadway and in the Democratic National Convention and in clubs and festivals throughout Europe. Sunshine's given title is Denise White. Although she is based in Atlanta but her origins are situated in Chester Pennsylvania. There she was the first to begin pursuing a musical career performing and singing at the church. Her music career started in Atlanta while attending Spellman College. Sunshine received national attention through her performances on four consecutive days during 2008's Democratic National Convention. She was then invited to perform at President Barack Obama's 2008 inauguration.
